Supporting Motu

We set up Motu Research in 2000. Our unbiased, high quality research is highly sought after.

We have a reputation for independent economic and public policy research of an international standard. Our research helps public policy decision makers make informed decisions.

Motu is split into two separate organisations:

  • Motu Economic and Public Policy Research, a charitable trust that runs our research programmes. These are funded by grants from various organisations, including government departments and private companies.
  • Motu Research and Education Foundation, a charitable trust, set up to manage our non-contract capability-building funding. This comes in the form of endowments and donations from public and private institutions and interested individuals.

Please support us

We rely largely on grants and donations to ensure Motu Research can maintain its high quality research.
